Weight staying steady... but like Kai Greene said need to slowly lose the weight to maintain my muscle mass. Today is a high carb day and haven't had one in over a week. Today is also leg day. Where rear delta are really sore with the Smith behind the neck prresses....and back is a bit sore from yesterday. Calves were even a little sore from Monday's workout, which never hardly happens. Going to work calves before legs today and getting a massage from Barbara and going to Daniel's graduation tonight. Scott comes home tomorrow morning. Going to make Monday and Thursdays high carb day with calves and legs and spend at least 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours on them. Did pliers in the garage for a half an hour instead of incline treadmill for fasted cardio today.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
