slowly but surelly. so far so good: have been quite god and no snacking and more exercise than previous.
home today. plan another 20 min of pilates and maybe fitness if time allows.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
