So I cheated a ltl last night but you know I think I do better when I have an occassional cheat, as long as it doesn't become an everyday thing. I am successful and I will have this weight off before my 40th.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
