hello everyone i have not been following my atkins plan and i have not changed weight but my blood pressure is sky high as is my blood sugar levels my cholestrol as well so i am back on it as from today. i really need some help my head is all over the place i have seemed to get all my diets mixed up into one awful one and i cant get it straightened out i cant think where to start .HELP

188.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

If you go to Atkins.com they have lessons about the different phases. One thing some of us have learned is we are better off counting total carbs not net carbs and different bodies react differently to sugar alcohol. The very basics is 20 grams of carbs. per day 12 to 15 from low-carb vegetables. Drink plenty of water.

I too recommend Atkins.com, and go to "Learn Atkins". That will give you a good foundation to build on as you continue through the phases of this diet.
