Oops. I went back up. But Thursday I had 2 beers and on the salmon I ate last night (until I was sure I was going to throw up) I know had carbs. Plus, because it was so cold & damp yesterday, I didn't walk. Back to the drawing board I guess. Maybe I will hit the gym this week.
