I'm determined to reach my goal. It may take a little longer than I hoped, although I am not disappointed. I expected the fat around my middle to be harder to shed. After all, it has been there for a long time. I need to exercise more, I think. When I hit my target, I will reconsider another diet. I like the idea of the 5:2. At least then I can eat what my family eats for most of the days.
