I seem to have hit my first resistance point.
235.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1811 kcal Fat: 75.25g | Prot: 102.00g | Carb: 178.45g.   Breakfast: McDonald's Sausage Burrito, McDonald's Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer. Lunch: Strawberries, Dole Pineapple Chunks in its Own Juice, Earth's Pride Organics Baby-Cut Carrots, Beef Steak, Mexican Rice, Valbest Chicken Breast. Dinner: Bistro MD Blackened Chicken with Creamy Smoked Paprika Sauce. Snacks/Other: Bistro MD Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, Emerald Sweet & Salty Mixed Nut Blend - Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, Water. more...
