Today is my second day on the 500 calorie diet and it was easy yesterday. I wasn't hungry at all and had to really force myself to get the 500 calories in.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have a hard time eating but still struggle with losing weight. I'm about to start the hcg and wanna know do you have to eat 500 calories or just can't exceed 500
