Fourth day at this weight. Hopefully since I stopped the doctors diet Saturday morning and back on my own diet this will start to move again soon. Have to clear all the excess sugar out first I suppose. Only on their diet for just over 36 hours but it sure caused havoc. Headaches, shakes, glands up, itchy skin, swelling all over, and mood swings. My neck increased 2cm overnight. Keeping calories lower until the weight loss starts moving again. Sitting at a weight loss of 23.6 kg now. Still all good food, no processed meats, limited processed foods. Sugar is still the Enemy!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
