It's not water or muscle loss this time. I've worked my butt of in the gym. My trainer, Linda is a sadistic little thing. She doesn't realize I'm an old white guy with no rhythm.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
