Back down again today. Sticking more diligently to the diet and upping my fiber seems to be helping I think, although now I am getting more indigestion again, so maybe prevacid is needed again....at least for a day. I'll have to think about that. Had an EXTREMELY productive day yesterday. Plan to do it again today! Off to a good start. No headaches yesterday or today. Seem to be in good shape! Hooray for the exercising and the new schedule it is working wonderfully!!
