It sucks to go up in weight but I have found that any day I have bread that my weight goes straight up so usually I try to not have bread toward the end of the week but I had a sandwich on Wednesday so did not have time to work it off. Bread is the most evil thing I can eat and yet I cannot imagine life without it so I am not happy to be up in weigh but its not something I am going to let deter me from losing more weight.
