Weights not moving now. Bit concerned as I've only been having 900 cals or less per day this week and weights gone up. Low fodmap diet replacements for lactose free seem to have sugar in them which I avoid. So decided not having them. Hoping vitamin supplements can suffice. Noticed they also have lots of numbers in them and I'm not eating over processed food. Plastic in fact. That's how I feel anyway. So I'm going to go back to my Greek yogurt. Happy to do Parmesan cheese instead of cottage cheese for a short while but not the other dairy if it's full of additives. Refuse to increase my calories too until the weight starts to drop again. Not going to gain weight through no fault of my own when I'm eating very healthy and make every calorie count.
174.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
