So I was excited that I did well at resisting Mexican food the other night. I got busy yesterday and didn't eat all day so I was starving and broke down last night nabbing some of the fries I made for my son to go with his wings. They smelled so good, I was weak in my temptation due to lack of eating and thought... just one. Really? Who stops there?! I ended up eating about 10 while waiting on him to get home and had to make more before he got home from practice! Ugh.. I expected this would greatly affect my weigh in this morning but was pleasantly surprised to see that I still lost! I walked with dog briskly for 3 miles so it may have staved off weight gain. Feel my cycle coming on. Not happy as usually this means gain for me since I can't take HCG. :( I'll keep going though.
