After 10 pm now but didn't have a chance to log in before this. Yesterday was a good day. I kept the calorie count down and maintained the same weight. That is awesome! We will see what the scale reads for the weight tomorrow and the reflection of my habits today.
286.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
