weight back up a bit today - nothing new there then
but the overall trend is downward
I have reset my target to lose 5lb this month
last month I did not make the 5lb but I did lose
192.2 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Last month you seemed to start off wobbly but ended strong. With cutting your carbs in a way that works great for you and the way you've been walking everywhere, no doubt this month you'll be finding yourself in the 180s very soon--WOOT! =D
