It's the end of the 28 day cycle of the Flat Belly diet that I've tried. I didn't lose as much weight as I hoped to, but I also didn't stick 100% to the diet. I even had a cheat day at the end of week 3 with all-you-can-eat fish and chips. But I got back on the diet with the next meal. Still, I'm pleased with the results, 6 lbs off, 1 inch off my neck and my hips. Sadly 3/4 inch off my bust which is already too small... The strange thing though, is that my before and after pictures shows my belly being flatter (and I didn't suck in my stomach for the picture) -- but my waist measurement is the same -- it hasn't changed. Go figure. I will continue on this diet because I love the MUFAs and it's an easy diet to follow for me.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
