D2 - massive potion of weg cooked without fat & soy sauce as dinner yesterday.

noping to do a bit of house work and some pilates and walking today.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
