Dropped 500g yesterday but had to fast over last few days for hospital procedure so I expect this loss I've had last few days will adjust when I get back home. Happy to be in the 70's again though. Haven't been this weight since the late 80's or early 90's.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
