I suck... Here we go again.
173.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm in a rut too Sarah...I haven't lost anything for 10 days. Nothing has changed with regard to my foods that I'm eating, my exercise...ANYTHING. Maybe that's the problem - I need to switch up something, weather it's exercise or foods.....I need to look into this!
