ok good news and bad news.
bad news is i have gained 1.1kg since my last weigh in. i am not too worried about this gain as the weight has come off rapidly. i am going to stick with my ww points and keep up the exercise. nothing is gonna stop me reaching my planned goals. thankfully i weigh myself every 2nd day so i get early warnings when i have stepped off track.
now the GOOD NEWS...i replaced some lingerie 2days back and the difference in size i had to buy is amazing. BEFORE size XXL knickers. NOW size MEDIUM. i kidd you not.
I CAN NOT REMEMBER WHEN I HAVE EVER HAD A SIZE 18. never ever, must be back in my teens.
on that day i got a new pair of knee hi tights. the ones that are all the rage at the mo. USUALLY a size 24. NOW size 18. ANNNND guess what... yep they are baggy as and are falling DOWWWNNNN already. i carry my weight around my tummy, that is why the difference between medium and size 18.
now of course the tights are stretchy so im not actually a size 18 at the moment. but hey at least i can say ...ooohhh i have an 18 tights, LOL.
ANYWAY another bit of good news. I ACHIEVED my planned walk to work today. took me 1 hour 28 minutes. ohhh yeeerrrr, music pumping, enjoying the scenery.
i have scheduled another walk to work for thursday. i believe i can achieve this weight loss !!!
