Off Keto for the weekend for a couple of special events. Saturday night I had a catered dinner of stuffed pork chops, sweet coleslaw, corn, (didn't eat the mashed potatoes) & 1/2 a blueberry cheesecake. But I drank LOTS of water!! Sunday, yesterday, was my oldest' birthday & we celebrated at the movies & I had popcorn 🍿 & ice cream 🍦. ...partly because I wanted it, but partly because I wanted to see how far I could carb binge & still remain in ketosis. Well, according to the ketostrips, I am still in ketosis, but the scale added 1.4Lbs. I can live with that! 👍🏻 Back on track on this beautiful Monday & ready to take on the day, back to minimizing carbs, high fat & LOTS of water to flush the system & reset! Love to all, have a great weight loss week!! ❤
206.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
