Ahhh! Back up again, bc ate pizza and cookies last two days. Apples today. 4 more days at 500 calories then back to low carb eating! i can do it :)
236.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
