So, I indulged last nite but I don't think I did to bad for only putting on 1lbs. Today I will get back on track & keep going. I can do this, I am successful.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 63.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
