100g gain overnight but I know it's just an adjustment. Diets perfect. Within limits or a bit low actually as I've been sick all week. But I've measured and lost cm's this week. So shape adjustment along with a 700g loss for the week. Happy with that.
178.1 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
