changed to a lower carb diet - I have not cut carbs to very low levels I am omitting high carb foods and up to 50g of carbs a day I dont want to get the withdrawal headaches so am lowering carbs in a controlled way
192.2 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
