I think the new vitamins I got are really gna help me stay on track, I did great yesterday, so I will keep on them. I am a ltl sore frm working out, but i feel good. I will succeed & get this weight off.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
