"180.5" Was hoping for a little bit better, but I can live with 2 lbs a week over the last two weeks. I may have to increase the intensity of my work outs some. I have been doing push-ups, sit-ups and some weight training as well as running and walking on treadmill. I think I will expand on the weight training some more, as I pretty much run or walk every day. I know the closer I get to my ideal weight the harder it becomes to boost the higher weight loss numbers, so if I can continue to drop 2 lbs a week and increase my lean muscle mass I should be good. I am close enough to say I have meet my initial goal of losing 27 lbs in 60 days, weigh in on 2 Jan 2012 207 lbs. So, I will set another goal of being at or under 175 lbs on 23 Mar 2012, that is when I have a Doctors appt. Well I better get hot!!
180.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
