whoo hoo! at last its coming off, have been really good exercise everyday using up 900 cal on treadmill and rowing machine, will have sunday as rest day,
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
