YEA!!!! I lost a pound. I watched my fat a little closer last week. This week I'm gonna start Lipo 6 her's. Just waiting for it to come in the mail. There's still a lot of work to go.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
