I was doing spectacular on my plan until today. :/. My friend & I went to the movie & I intended to just have one bite of her popcorn but once I got started I didn't stop. I even had my orange slices in my purse to snack on. Husband just went to get pizza take out so I guess whole day is shot. Back on track tomorrow!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
