I didn't eat quite as well as I could have...There was Dove Chocolate...need I say more? I'm just glad there is a loss!
227.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I tried to go to the gym on the way home, as is my habit, and they were CLOSED!!! I'm so dissapointed!
