Had a pretty restful day today after the big bike ride yesterday. I've just worked out the calories I have been in deficit since starting and surprisingly it works out to be pretty much the weight I have lost!! i always seem to be a bit heavier straight after exercise. Hoping I have lost more than I weigh at the moment.
I bought some smoked salmon today and split it into 6 meals of 150 gm each... yum!! In bags ready to go. I also went to the farmers market and bought some lovely fresh (picked this morning) salad to have with it. Yum.

I've just worked out that my calorie deficit average is 800 calories per day which means that my 6 kg will take 56 or 57 days... ie about 2 months. So I should have completed my weight loss by the end of June...
158.5 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
