Right i have yet again neglected my diet, but i have been going to the gym and so i am aiming for a minimum of 4 gym sessions a week (1 hour each) where i run for 25mins, bike for 20mins, toning/weights 15mins.
I have a couple wedding and a fancy dress party coming up in teh next 3 months so i have to shift my excess weight and get to my goal of 8st!
I have 54lbs / 3st 12lb to lose!
I can do this!
Hopefully i can be 140 by May! So thats 9 weeks to lose 26lbs / 1st 12lbs, i think thats realistic as its a 2/3lb loss a week!
