Have been following the 5:2 diet. Finding it very easy, flexible & effective. I actually look forward to the fast days. On the 17th of April I actually weighed 91.7kg (not sure I entered that in here) & today 87.9kg + have lost 4-6 cm from bust, waist & hips. Feeling positive!😊
