my god it is truely working. sticking to the points system does work, exercise is becoming a habit that i enjoy. the weight is just dropping off. i have no choice but to buy myself new lingerie. it is totally uncomfortable when ya knickers fall off while out walking. good sign that my plan is working for me , LOL
260.1 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.9 lb a week

Way to go! what exercises are you doing? I'm starting fresh on the weight watchers plan. Exercise is still in the makings for me. I can't quite figure out what would work best for me. I'm a big girl and sooooo out of shape. Would love for you to share your secrets! angela

hi determined, im just walking as my exercise at the moment. i walk 3-4 days at around 45 minutes on average. it seems to be dropping the weight at this stage.
