Well that feels much better! Almost back to weight before the cheating days. It is much harder to go back to being so limited on the strict diet. Food lacks my interest anymore so hubby and I talked about having 1 cheat day a week to keep me going and working towards shorter intervals instead of waiting for every goal achieved. Maybe it will boost my metabolism each week? We'll see!
278.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
