My main goal for this last week was to stop drinking soda. I did fairly well at cutting out the caffinated soda, but not so good at the other soda. I also had fast food a few too many times. I don't know if that is to blame for my weight gain or the new meds that I have to take. One of these days I will be healthy though. I will work harder at not having soda at all this week.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

You can do it! I'm having a hard time with my night time munching habit... I feel your pain. Good luck! Hopefully by the end of next week we can both blog about success! :)
