Well, my little extra yesterday appeared to have cost me from losing my goal of at least another pound! I could actually tell in my face this morning. :( odd that although I was good I appeared swollen a bit. Perhaps the literal 2 chips did it. Learned my lesson though! No cheats today! Actually I didn't have much time for food today so I didn't eat on schedule but again, hope this won't throw me off. Also not enough water but I still gave myself the 100% because I didn't go off protocol foods.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
