Adhering good to protocol. ! Kids & husband are all enjoying their fans around me but I'm stayin strong this time! I did have an extra protein. One soft boiled egg with yolk removed & two tortilla chips for salt & crunch. Hopefully it won't set me back!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
