Another family problem - my grandfather died yesterday - exactly 2 months after my dad, so weight/food issues are not top of my list for right now. I plan to get back on track soon.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
