Huge drops this week. Not sure why because I'm eating well. All good food around 1200 cals per day. Tummy so been a bit off though. Looking at that as it seems that can occur with a low carb high fat diet. Although my fat levels per day don't exceed what they should for a 1200 cal/day diet. Interesting.
179.9 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
