I love WW! But I do it with a modified Atkins because it helps me lose better. When you don't have a lot to lose and your first switching from ATkins, you need to give your body time to get adjusted. Add carbs in slowly and start with veggies and fruit. Read all your materials. Get in you HG's (lean dairy, lean protein, fruits and veggies). Eat your dailies. Not everyone can eat their extra points and lose, so you have to play around with them. Be active! Good luck!
