Yesterday was AWESOME! I stayed really close to my calorie target and got a good workout at Taekwondo last night. I wish I could say that this will be a continued downward spiral at this rate but I think today was a fluke. I doubt it is a good thing to loose almost 2 pounds in one day. I am sure it was water weight or something. We will see how tomorrow turns out.
