The conference was hard. They offer SOOOO much food. I did good in the fact I was much m,ore mindful in my eating and ate healthier overall! I successfully passed up all the sweets and carbs. But the fresh fruit and omelet was a definite downfall! But still over did!

The weather is getting nicer and I plan to start getting out and walking more!
303.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 153.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
