Ahhhh the after Easter gain!!!

My official weight this morning is 106.4kg. This massive gain over the last 2 weeks is due to me taking a break to enjoy the Easter weekend, my birthday and my dad's birthday.

Do I regret all the hot cross buns, easter eggs, chocolate cake and no restrictions???

NO I DON'T!!! I deserved to enjoy it :)

Today I get back on track and I will do another official weigh-in on Thursday or Friday.

Have a super good week everyone :)

Thanks LCFF :) I'm sure most people would freak out if they saw such a gain. I'm curious to see how my weight settles by end of this week.

BBO I think you have found a good way of maintaining your weight and off setting certain choices.... but if you want to get into the 90's, 80's etc...you will definitely need to tighten up your lifestyle quite a bit. I know you know this and you are in no hurry, just saying :-) ;-)

Actually I want to get into the 110's or more but with a lower fat percentage :) I don't think I would ever reach 80kg because of the size of my bones, organs, etc. but if I do I might look too thin and I definitely don't wanna look thin. I'll be making some lifestyle changes very soon. It's been a very educational journey so far and all of you have helped contribute to it :)

Aaaaaah I misunderstood your goals. Too thin especially "skinny fat" is never healthy. Like you I just want to be a in a healthy weight range for my height with a healthy body fat percentage.Toning and definition can always come later. The number on the scale is not the be all and the end all. I look forward to seeing the rest of your transformation :)

Hi LCFF. What is your fasting strategy? For how many hours do you fast as a time? I'd like to try it. Thanks so much

BBO if you dont mind me asking you mentioned in a previous comment on this page that you would like to ve in the 110s which is obviously heavier than you are now. With IF you gave been maintaining more or less for many months now....yet we all applaude you when you have a loss and your profile states 95kg as your goal weight. Care to explain as I feel Im not understanding your goals correctly.

LCFF My current goal is always set 5kg lower than my current weight and when I reach that goal I reset it to another 5kg lower instead of being 134kg and making my goal 80kg, I find it more motivational to accomplish smaller goals at a time and that will add up. My weight a few weeks ago was in the 101's and I had set a goal of 95kg when I dropped below the 100kg mark previously so I just left it as that 95kg goal to be my new lowest weight goal to get to. Yes, overall I'd like to get to the 110's but that will be after losing the weight that is on me from the excess fat I carry on my body and then I will focus on putting on lean mass and get a bigger physique with the difference being that previously being in the 110's I was obese but in the future of being in the 110's I'll be leaner and timmer with bigger muscles :D

Ok. I get it. Lean yet muscular Will take a huge amount of work and dedication but nothing that was worth it ever came easy :)

Yup, I'm enjoying the fat loss journey so far. Building muscle is a total different journey that will require me to be stricter. I'm enjoying life whilst still making progress :)
