A concerted effort after Easter has worked very well - 2.4kg in five days -Four days of IF and low carb and a five day average of just 1250 cals were obviously key. I weighed myself today an hour later than normal and a full roast dinner will be happening today so I am expecting some bounce back.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
