Once again, this weight was taken last Friday but forgot to record it. Up .4 and have not been eating well for last week. Back at it today. Also, did 5.08k today. ran about half. have pilates tonight.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
