I don't believe it, don't feel like I've been eating great but Ill take it. going very slowly. last time around I was an exercise FANATIC.
A little older and busier these days but Ill figure it out.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay! Don't forget to keep the stretching and moving going to wake up the calorie burning muscles, but you don't have to be fanatical to do it...just not stagnant! LOL It looks like you're finally recognizing those hidden carbs! I don't know if you caught it, but one of the ways I cut carbs on my sandwiches at home and out or taking with is by buying napa cabbage and using that in place of bread. Add all the meat and cheese and condiments you want, roll it up, it's nice and crunchy and FILLING! That and some carrots with dip or cream cheese and celery are lunch! Or add some nuts!
