Feeling strong and lean. Eating primarily plant based lots of big veggie based dinners oatmeal half cup with one serving pb2 and a bar and dessert two bowls nightly. Switched to cocowhip light for morning coffee happy with this weigh in before using
117.0 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
